Villa Byzance: A Luxury 2-Bedroom Villa

Villa Byzance, also known as BYZ, is a 2-bedroom luxury villa located in Colombier. This private villa offers beautiful views of the ocean and nearby islands, and can be rented for a minimum of 7 nights. It is minutes away from the beach and shopping.

Decorated primarily with white and dark gray fabrics, the villa allows natural light to stream into the living spaces, creating a serene environment. There are two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a platform king-size bed, ensuite bathroom and views. The master bedroom features light and dark gray curtains, as well as a sauna in the bathroom.

Steps lead down to a sunken sitting area, which also serves as the main living room and opens to the wooden terrace surrounding the pool. The house also comes with daily continental breakfast, WiFi and high-speed Internet, a gas grill and U.S. satellite TV. House cleaning services are provided seven days a week, including holidays.

During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is not suitable for young children and does not allow pets. The Bucket and Thanksgiving weeks are priced at $11,000.
